Parents & Providers
Class Availability
Go to the link myflorida.com/childcare, click on "Training Requirements", then "Register for Courses" to see required training classes and hours needed to work in a Family/Home Child Care or a Child Care Facility/Center. Click on "Register for Courses" to choose either Instructor Led classes or Online Courses.
Exams
Child Care Training Competency Examinations are administered statewide. Details are available at the link myflorida.com/childcare. Exams may be taken once without the training or upon completion of the training by calling the Exam Scheduling Center at 1-888-375-3926 or go online to myflorida.com/childcare click on "View My Transcript", and click on Register for Exam/Classes.
Fees
Payment must be made for exams with a money order or by going on to the DCF website at myflorida.com/childcare. Click on "View My Transcript", then click on the button at the top of the transcript that says "Pay for Courses/Exams". You can also pay through www.paypal.com, or by bringing a money order made payable to 4C at the door the day of the exam. Fees for exams must be paid before exam results are posted on the transcript. Visit myflorida.com/childcare, click on "View My Transcript", to see results.
Payment for Classes
Money orders are accepted and must be made payable to 4C. Payment with credit, debit, or a checking account can be done by visiting www.paypal.com or payments may also be made by going to the DCF website, myflorida.com/childcare. Click on "View My Transcripts", then click on the button at the top of the transcript that says "Pay for Courses/Exams". CASH WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!

Money orders must be made payable to: Community Coordinated Care for Children, Inc. - Education. You are NOT enrolled and may NOT attend class or begin online training if your fee is NOT paid prior to start of the first class. There are NO REFUNDS for class or online trainings.
Make-Ups
There are NO make up classes for instructor led classes. Any missed class must be paid in full again. Online classes must be completed within 45 days. If not completed within 45 days, the class must be paid for again.
Certificates
DCF Certificates can be printed by going to the link myflorida.com/childcare. Click on "View my Transcript". You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. You may download it for free by going to www.adobe.com/acrobat. If you do not have access to print your certificate, 4C will print it for a $7.00 fee per certificate.
Transcripts can be printed by going to myflorida.com/childcare. Click on "View My Transcript".
Transfer
A fee of $5.00 will be charged to TRANSFER from either instructor or online classes. The fee must be paid in the form of a money order or by visiting www.paypal.com.
Bring to Registration
Make sure you bring with you:
1. Driver's License
2. Social Security Card/Number

*NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING CLIENTS: "We make every effort to accommodate non-english speaking customers but we do not always have bilingual staff available. You are advised to bring a translator if you need translation."

ON-SITE TRAINING
Interested in having training at your center? Adult chairs, tables, a TV/VCR, and 15-20 people are required. For more details please call (407)522-2252 ext. 4264. We will do our best to accommodate requests.
SPANISH Trainings
Visit myflorida.com/childcare, and click on "Training Requirements", then select “Online Courses”, in which you can purchase Spanish Transcripts of the Audio from the online courses along with Spanish books.
