Infant & Toddler Quality Improvement ProgramThe Infant & Toddler Quality Improvement Program is designed to provide training, technical assistance and mentoring to providers of infant and toddler care. Through this program, each child care resource and referral agency in the state provides their geographic area with an Infant & Toddler (I/T) Specialist who is responsible for enhancing services to child care programs that serve children birth to three. The I/T Specialists are professionals that are strategically placed in the local area so that they can work closely with existing quality improvement programs. Available Services Include:
